Day 1

Departure
Arriving at Nairobi late at night. The Missionary Brothers will pick us up/dinner at the Mission.
Day 2

Day 3
Date : July 17, 2026
Spending day with the students at Divine Mercy School. Planning games for kids and helping teachers during recess and in the classrooms.
Day 4
Date : May 11, 2026
Visiting Children at Divine Mercy School, helping teachers at school, serving lunch at school.
In the afternoon, we will shop for essential food items and donate to the needy families
Day 5
Date : June 18, 2026
Day at the Mission, helping Brothers with daily tasks. Time in the orphanage center. Games with the local youth at the Mission.
Day 6
Date : June 20, 2026
Day at the Mission, helping Brothers with daily tasks. Time in the orphanage center. Games with the local youth at the Mission.
Day 7
Date : April 20, 2026
Day with the children from the Divine Mercy School. We will be taking them on a field trip to the museum and the park.
Day 8
Date : June 21, 2026
Mass, with the local people at the Brothers Monastery. Visit the Basilica in Nairobi's center, tour of the city. Dinner at the city center.
Day 9
Date : June 22, 2026
Day at Divine Mercy School, games with the kids, serving lunch, visiting Mama John's and Mama Joy's house, delivering food packages.
Day 10
Date : June 23, 2026
Tea Plantation in the morning, lunch in the city. Visit the market to purchase souvenirs, coffee, and tea.
Time in the orphanage center with the kids in the afternoon.
Day 11
Date : June 24, 2026
Visiting the public school at Maua, visiting the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor. Time in the orphanage center. Packing in the afternoon. Goodbye dinner. Leave for the airport at 8 PM.
Day 12
Date : June 25, 2026
Flight back to Chicago. Arriving around noon.

Entrance fees: National Park and Safari, elephant orphanage center tee plantation, giraffe center, cultural dances/African tribal houses, Karen Blixen Museum, Nairobi viewpoint

Meals outside of the mission ( 2 lunches and 2 dinners)
- $100 -$150 extra to cover the cost of snacks/coffee/ food while traveling/sightseeing.
Currently, the Yellow Fever or COVID-19 vaccine is not required. We always take malaria medication. I recommend consulting your family doctor or a travel clinic. I am, of course, available for help.

Cancellation 60 days or more before departure – full refund of tour cost (airfare not included). Airline credit may be available depending on airline policy.

Cancellation 59–30 days before departure – 50% of paid amount is non-refundable

Cancellation less than 30 days before departure – 100% of paid amount is non-refundable
Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
